We currently ship to Pan India. If you are located in remote areas or overseas, please contact our customer service team at Woodsilo to discuss potential shipping arrangements.

•Order Processing: Once your order is placed, it typically takes 7-10 business days to process and prepare your items for shipment. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Standard Shipping: We offer standard shipping through our trusted delivery partners. Shipping costs are calculated based on the size, weight, and destination of your order and will be displayed at checkout.
4. Delivery Timeframes

7. Delivery Terms
Delivery: Most of our furniture is delivered curbside, meaning it will be delivered to the first dry area (like a garage or covered porch) on your property. Assembly and placement inside your home. are not included.
8. Damaged or Lost Shipments
•Damaged items: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 12 hours of receiving the item. Provide detailed photos of the damage and the packaging. We will arrange for a replacement or repair as quickly as passible.
•Lost Shipments: If your shipment is lost in transit, please notify us immediately so we can work with the carrier to resolve the issue. We will either replace the item or issue a refund once the loss is confirmed.
